Operation mode
The bearing parts are placed on the feeding table, and automatically enter the roller heating furnace according to the cycle. After heating to the temperature (about 850 ℃) according to the process requirements, the following options are selected according to the process requirements: nitrates martensite graded quenching and tempering or bainite isothermal quenching. After the completion of the process, clean, dry and discharge the materials.
Way of composition
The heat treatment production line of roller hearth furnace with nitrogen based protective atmosphere is generally composed of roller feeding platform, front cleaner, roller hearth heater, lifting salt bath quenching tank, salt bath isothermal tank, rear cleaner, (double-layer air isothermal furnace), air cooling platform and unloading platform
Heating mode:
Full electric heating or electric compound heating
